Delivery and shipping costs


We deliver to the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. On request, we also deliver to some EU countries, with special shipping and payment conditions. Please contact us in this case by email. Please note that we do not deliver to PickPost points. Deliveries will be made to the front door/curbside. On request we can deliver the goods also into your home or office at additional cost, or if you need help with unpacking, disposal of waste and assembling. The cost of delivery to your home or office excluding disposal of the packaging material is CHF 99. The cost for delivery to your home or office including disposal of the packaging material is CHF 129 and including disposal of the packaging material and assembly & installation CHF 245. The parcels are delivered unannouncedby our partner DHL. You will receive an email in advance with a link to DHL webpage. You can contact DHL directly in order to arrange another delivery day or to pick up the parcel in one of the DHL service points. You can also pick up your orders in our shop in Zurich.

The delivery times for stock items will be approximately 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Items that need to be ordered are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks. The delivery times shown are just for guidance and not binding. In no case will delivery delays be a ground for damages or withdrawal from the contract. Your order will normally be received in one delivery. However, delivery can be made in part shipments if the items have different delivery times or are packaged separately and must be transported separately.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping for parcels from a value of 100 Swiss Francs. For parcels less than 100 Swiss Francs, we charge a packing and shipping charge of 9 Swiss Francs within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries are insured against transport damage.

After the dispatch of your order you receive a dispatch confirmation by email. Our parcel service provider (DHL) will deliver the goods to you. Should the carrier not find you at home and not be able to deliver the goods he will leave you a note. After a second failed attempt to deliver the goods will be stored for a few days by the parcel service provider before they will be sent back to us. It is therefore necessary, that you contact the carrier before that. Otherwise we must to charge you for a second shipping.

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us by email or phone. For international shipping, the delivery costs will be calculated individually. Any extra costs like import fees, import duties and taxes will be carried by the customer. If the customs and customs charges are charged to us, we will forward the costs to you.
