Fazer is a Finnish family business producing bakery and confectionery products in Finland. The company was founded in 1891 by Karl Otto Fazer, a Finnish baker, confectioner and chocolatier with Swiss ancestors. Many of his products have become classics. This is particularly true of Fazer Blue milk chocolate ("Fazerin Sininen" in Finnish), Fazer's most important brand. The secret recipe has remained the same since 1922, when Fazer's milk chocolate came onto the market in its famous blue packaging. Sustainable cocoa production is crucial for the future of chocolate production. 100% of the cocoa used comes from responsible sources.
