Delivery and shipping costs

We deliver to the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. On request, we also deliver to some EU countries, whereby separate shipping and payment conditions apply. Please contact us in this case by email. 

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Free delivery from an order value of 100 CHF to the front door (parcels) or to the front door / curb (freight forwarding goods).

• For parcels less than 100 francs, we charge a packaging and shipping fee of 10 francs.

• Delivery to the place of use (apartment, office, etc.) excluding disposal of the packaging material for 99 CHF.

• Delivery to the place of use (apartment, office, etc.) including disposal of the packaging material for 129 CHF.

• Delivery to the place of use (apartment, office, etc.) including disposal of the packaging material, including assembly / installation for 245 CHF.

You are also welcome to pick up your orders in our shop in Zürich Schiffbaustrasse 7.

Please note that we do not deliver to Pickpost locations. For deliveries to peripheral / mountain regions, car-free zones or hard-to-reach buildings, the actual costs will be charged additionally. Deliveries are insured free of charge against transport damages for the customer.

You will receive your order in one delivery which will be sent until all items are available. However, delivery may also be made in partial consignments if the items are packed separately and must be transported separately. In this case, we take the additional costs. Otherwise you have to pay the second delivery.

For the shipment of the goods (parcels) you will receive a confirmation via e-mail or SMS from our parcel service provider (DHL), who then delivers the goods unannounced. If the parcel service provider does not meet you, a notification will be left. After the second delivery attempt with notification, the goods are kept for six days at the parcel service before being returned to us. Therefore, it is necessary that you contact the parcel service before returning the goods to us. Otherwise we have to charge you the second delivery. If you would like another date for delivery, change the delivery address or have the package delivered to a DHL service point in your area (usually open at weekends), please contact DHL directly.

Conditions for floor deliveries with lift acc. max. loading capacity of the elevator. Conditions for floor deliveries without a lift are sufficient staircase condition (rollable ground and sufficient load capacity) and clearance gauge. If the delivery is not possible to the point of use, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. The costs of the delivery will be charged in this case.

For the assembly service is calculated 1 hour with 2 fitters. In general, this is sufficient for most of our products. If the assembly for larger quantities exceed one hour, then the additional costs must be borne by the customer. The cost for 2 fitters in this case is 120.00 CHF per hour. This also applies to individually created offers.

For the assembly of lamps please contact us via e-mail. In Zurich area, we can recommend an electrician with a guidance price. In this case, we establish the contact, the settlement and billing then takes place directly between the electrician and customer.

The delivery times for stock items will be approximately 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. Items that need to be ordered are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks. The delivery times shown are just for guidance and not binding. In no case will delivery delays be a ground for damages or withdrawal from the contract. Your order will normally be received in one delivery. However, delivery can be made in part shipments if the items have different delivery times or are packaged separately and must be transported separately.

For shipments abroad, the shipping costs are calculated individually. Any applicable import charges, import duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer. If the customs and customs clearance costs are charged to us, we will credit them to you. Please ask us for the shipping conditions by e-mail.
